It is unusual as although situated on the beach it has no highrise,busy streets or noisy motor bikes and cars, just the song of birds.
It has it's own walled garden with pool and bbq area for total privacy.It is a seconds to a bar restaurant. Also a short walk is puerta Niza an exclusve restauant with pool and bar area open in summer.
Niza beach is unique as although on the costa del sol coast it is still very much rural Spain , no highrise just fruit trees and goat herders hear the bells of the goats at dusk it is also one of the cleanest beaches on the costa.Within 5 minutes by car you are at restaurants, bars, markets and fantastic night life.
This area on the costa del sol is unique and fast disappearing. It is fast becoming famous for it's unique bali style restauants and nightclubs situated on the beach.Dance all night.
The costa del sol is famous for it's perfect weather nearly all year long.
The villa is situate in the grounds of an old historic home unusual in this area for the fact that it has large trees in the garden,old fruit trees, roses, palms and yuccas making the garen shaded and cooler in summer.
It is seconds to the coast road which takes you to Torre Del Mar or Benaharafe . Bars ,restaurants, waterslides, go carting, fishing, golf, horseriding, shopping and markets all within 10 to 15 minutes from this house.
Niza beach is great for fishing, rent a boat, drink at a bar and of course horse riding on the beach or golf.
Torre is famous for its night markets during summer and bars and restauants.It has wonderful bars with music and food on the beach. Benaharafe is 2 kilometers away and famous for its beach and water front cherigitos try the seafood cooked as you watch.
just over an hour to Granada and 20 minutes to Malaga airport and home of Picasso.
Pop up to Lake Vinuela for a mountain lunch overlooking the lake or head to white Spanish villages nestled in the mountains behind.
