The house is a new property on the popular La Noria development within easy reach of the old town. The property has three bedrooms with two bath/shower rooms. there is an open plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are views from the rear of the property over pantilled roofs to two of the villages historic molinas (windmills). On a clear night the lights of Morocco can be seen across the entrance to the Straits of Gibralter. At the front of the house there is a small patio area to relax in the sun or have a cool sundowner in the evening.
This year the communal adult and childrens pools should are now in use. These are just 50 metres from the property
