Welcome to your holiday in a luxury penthouse appartement in La Manga in the sunny Spain. The appartement is 90 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has air condition. Every room have seperately floorheat. From each window and balcony you have seaview.
On top you have your own huge private roof terrasse (90 m2) with an outdoor kitchen, bath and nice palms.
There is also two nice swimming pools which are very child friendly. If you prefer to swim in the Mediterrian ocean or in Mar Menor (lake), it is only 100 meters away from you. There is also a nice supermarket next to the appartement.
The appartement has very nice furnitures, a large wide screen, surround sound and DVD player. Furthermore, there is also a refrigerater, a freezer, a dish-washer, washing machine, mircowave, coffe maschine, hair dryer, an iron etc.
You will be in the middle of a sunny paradise with nice weather, palms and the blue ocean.
