The property is located 7 mins walk to San Cristobal beach and 15 minutes walk to the west of the town centre. The house is one of seventeen in this small urbanisation, which shares a communal pool (open Easter to Christmas)and has its own parking space and garage. In a town where parking can be a problem, there is never that problem here.
Palm trees line the road and the house enjoys views over the whole of Almuñecar from east to west, with the sea and Playa San Cristobal straight ahead. The front terraces of the house enjoy sun virtually all day. The pool is 7 mt by 5 mt and has access 50 mt from the house along a traffic-free road.
Inside the house there is a lot of space for living, dining and relaxing. There is a well equipped kitchen and washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and cooker. There is adequate cupboard space and worksurfaces.
The living and dining rooms lead to the kitchen and are light and airy, benefiting as they do from the proximity of both patios, which themselves can be shaded sitting out areas if the sun is particularly fierce. To the front of the living room is a TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD and stereo system.
The ground floor has airconditioning and the upper level has vaulted celings and French windows to enable the breeze to pass through, as well as roller blinds to allow you to sleep in the mornings without being awoken by the sun. The view from the upper sun terrace is magnificent.
The upstairs bathroom has a large shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, as well as hairdryer and cupboard space. The downstairs is more compact but also has WC, shower and washbasin. The hot water is supplied by a gas hot water heater which has been installed new within the last few years.
The two bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds, and we can put a single bed in the living room.

Rummeligt rækkehus med mange muligheder.Især nød vi tagterrassen og patioen.
Ligger centralt for ture øst og vest for Almunecar samt mange flotte bjergture til de små hvide byer.
10 min's gang til strand og strandpromenade.
Moriscos golfklub under ½ times kørsel derfra og mange andre golfklubber ligger også i nærheden.
Det skønne klima gør alt dejligt i Andalusien.
The house occupies the perfect position in Almuñecar, far enough behind Playa San Cristobal to avoid the noise of summer holidaymakes, near enough to be in walking distance of the beach. The terraces get sun nearly all day and the lower one has a canopy enabling you to sit and eat out in the shade with the view in front of you.
The swimming pool is also in a good position for the view and it is easy to keep an eye on the children. Never busy, the pool is a lovely place to lie down and enjoy the afternoon siesta. Television, DVD are provided and the house is well furnished.
All in all a convenient, safe and peaceful place to have your holiday.
