Enjoy the advantage of its previleged situation in the mittle of the Costa Dorada. Situated at only 45 km from BARCELONA and 8 km from SITGES, surrounded by the Cava Region of "El Penedès".
At 5 min. (by car) to extensive sand beach and "Paseo Maritimo" of Villanova i la Geltrú.

Train station at 3min (by car) from the house. Train available every 30min. to Barcelona Centrum. Motorway to Barcelona 30 min. (6,40€). Port Aventura at 45 min. Tarragona and Salou at 35 minuts.

The Villa has all facilities like ironboard iron, washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen is provided with kitchenware, dinner service, coffee cups, mugs, water, wine and champagne glasses for 12 persons.
Linen and towals (one hand, one bath and one beach towel for each person) are provided. Cleaning and laundry is in price included.

Check-in and check-out on Saturday
A 30% downpayment is required to guarantee the reservation, via wire transfer or credit card. Remaining balance (70%)to be paid cash at arrival.
Prior to entering the property, the Tenant shall deliver a deposit of 500€, as stipulated in article 36 of the LAU. That deposit shall be returned at the end of the Lease, once the home is checked.
