Description: |
Hilltop villa situated between the medieval town of Pals and Pals beach with breathtaking views west across rolling hills and the Pyrenees mountains. The accommodation consists of two units, a three bedroom villa with very large balcony and a two bedroom apartment underneath with a large terrace. Both units can be rented together to give a total accommodation for ten adults.
The villa has a large wood burning fire and outside hot tub, ideal for winter breaks in the sun. It is planned for a swimming pool to be built in 2009. The area is completely surrounded by woodland with many trails and paths leading to local towns and villages and also to a variety of beaches. It is an ideal location for gentle walking through the forest and a two hour drive would take you to the heart of the Pyrenees for more adventurous climbing.
There are three golf courses nearby, Golf Platja de Pals is an exceptional 18 hole gem, running parallel to the beach. The main beach is only 5 minutes drive away or a simple 45 minute walk through the woods, with many other beaches along the headlands.
The marina town of LEstartit with sailing and scuba diving facilities is approx 20 minutes drive away.
It is also a great central location for art and history lovers with Barcelona only two hours away, Girona a 45 minute drive and Salvador Dalis home town of Figueres approx 30 minutes drive away.

Special notes Please note above prices are averege for the 3 bedroom villa. The 2 bedroom apartment will be obviously less and prices for this and renting both together can be obtained on application. Bookings for Christmas and New Year periods are £575 per week. These prices are for 2008 and subject to change.
*The hot tub will be available to guests from July 2008. An additional charge of £35 per week is required to heat the hot tub.
Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Changeover day Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
Booking notes £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. For bookings made outside the UK an additional transfer charge of £15 applies.
Security deposit In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
