Our apartment in Guardamar is bound to meet your requirements whatever the reason you want to visit the Costa Blanca. Perfect for a romantic getaway, ideal for family beach holidays, well situated for some of the top golf courses in Spain and perfectly placed for those who like to walk, cycle or enjoy nature.

Why not start your day by taking breakfast our large sun terrace whilst soaking up the sun and admiring the unspoiled sea views across the lush green Pine and Eucalyptus forest that make up the nature reserve of "El Parque Natural".

Inside the apartment you are treated to a bright, modern open plan living area which adjoins the modern well equipped kitchen. Open the large windows at the front of the living area to enjoy a warm summer breeze whilst sipping a glass of fine Valencian wine as you watch the Costa Blanca sunshine shimmering on the sea.

Admire an array of birds as you take a walk along the river to the marina. Here you will find a fabulous fish restaurant where you can take lunch or an evening meal whilst looking out over the water. Or why not stop in the friendly open air café where you can have a drink and a bite to eat whilst you admire the luxurious boats moored here and watch the world go by.

The bedrooms too are bright and comfortable and offer the same fantastic views over the forest and out to sea.

Our apartment is ideally situated in a quiet residential area, where you can spend your time relaxing around the communal swimming pool which rarely gets busy. There is also a small play area to keep your children happy if you have any.

A five minute walk away you will find a large, well stocked supermarket where you can get all the provisions you will need.

There is a small commercial centre with a diverse collection of bars and restaurants near by and we are only a short walk away from the main high street where you can either stroll into Guardamar town centre via shops, cafés and some local bars or get one of the frequent and cheap mini buses.

You will find our apartment ideal whatever your age because it is just perfect for:

- Golfers can enjoy the benefits of being only a short drive from some of Spains most highly rated Golf courses, there are six in the area including Villamartin Golf Club, Real Campoamor Golf Club, Alicante Golf Club and La Finca Algorfa Golf Club.

- Beach and sun lovers will benefit from Guardamars 13km of wide golden sandy blue flag beaches that can be reached by a stroll or cycle through the woodland on a quiet tarmac road where you will see a host of wildlife.

- Couples have the privacy of our front line position to enable you to walk around the apartment however you please without the fear of prying eyes.

Guardamar del Segura offers unsurpassed sunshine for over 300 days of the year, hosts 13km of the beaches on the Costa Blanca yet still remains a traditional Spanish beach resort used by the Spanish and foreigners alike.

The salt lakes in this region have a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air here is much dryer than in other parts of the world. The low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate, mean that the World Health Organisation have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the planet.

It is steeped in history, not just as a result of its battles with Phoenician and Moorish cultures, but also more recently from the creation of the natural park of Pines and Eucalyptus in the early 20th century when residents of Guardamar had to tend one tree each to prevent the sand dunes from encroaching on the town.

It is a restful place to stay if you want it to be but has plenty of water sports and sporting facilities available for those of a more active nature. If you have a car or dont mind taking the bus there are all manner of excursions to visit within a short distance or further afield.

Every wenesday there is one of the largest street markets in the area where locals and visitors alike join in the hustle and bustle searching for bargains. There is also a night market throughout the summer months.

Guardamar is easy to reach from both the main airports of this region, Murcia and Alicante, each which have regular flights from and to the UK by all the major airlines such as British Airways, Monarch, Easy Jet and Ryanair to mention but a few.
