The chalet is located close to the peaceful beach of Son Caliu and it is only a 3 minute walk to pleasant beach front restaurants and bars offering excellent food and drink with fantastic sea views. The wonderful Palmanova beach is also only a 5 minute walk from the chalets complex.
The poolside chalet has 2 double bedrooms both with twin beds therefore it can comfortably sleep 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a large supermarket next to the complex, making self catering very easy.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment. The chalet has a seperate lounge with TV and DVD. The private patio area has patio funtiture and is a stones throw from the pool making it ideal for families who have children as they can watch their children playing in the pool, while sunbathing. The Surrounding Area The apartment is ideally situated in Son Caliu on the quieter side of Palmanova. It is only a 20 minute taxi ride from Palma airport and just a mile walk from Porta Portals, the most prestigious Marina in the whole of Majorca. Palma Nova, which is fantasic for families and offers great restaurants and night life along with a mile of golden sand, is just a 5 minute walk.
The nearest Aqua Park is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment and offers a fantastic day out for the whole family with it’s variety of water rides. There are many bars and restaurants just a short walk from the apartment, offering excellent food and great value for money. Meal of the day is served between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm, each day except Sundays. Approx. £6.00 per head will buy you a three course meal with wine and water.
Palma with its historic Old Town is just a 20 minute drive from the apartment. Palma offers fine shops, beautiful art galleries, fantastic tapas and gorgeous restaurants where you can get a taste of real Spain. The main central square of Palma is the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy a coffee in one of the many restaurants on the square, whilst feasting your eyes on the beautiful surrounding architecture. Palma’s historic Cathedral and the beautiful port of Palma are also a must for any visitor to the island. Palma also has a large market and Rastro, selling curiosities every Saturday morning. How to get to the Apartment Many low cost airlines such as EasyJet, Ryan Air and Air Berlin fly into Palma airport daily. A large Taxi rank is situated at Palma airport and the apartment is only a 20 minute ride away.
