This spacious apartment is situated in Pueblo Mascarat which is approx 5 km from Altea centre. Its also about 5km to Calpe in the opposite direction and lies just off the N332. This barriered complex is right on the coast and a walk to Mascarat beach takes only 5 minutes.
There are also 2 swimming pools only metres away, with a further 2 pools on the never too busy..

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers fantastic views over the Bay of Altea. Just passed the beach is Greenwich marina (so called because it lies on 0,00,00 lattitude.) which has reasonably priced restaurants and a few bars. If youre into scuba-diving, theres also a dive shop there.

The nearest supermarket is on the N332 and is maybe 3 km away. Its an excellent supermarket to have so close, but would recommend a car for this and getting into the towns.

Another great benefit of the apartments location is that it also has Benidorm 10 miles away, which love it or loathe it, has plenty of theme parks, water parks, zoos, shopping malls on its fringes, along with all the bars and clubs at its centre.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard with tiled floors and air-con throughout. Central heating makes out of season also very pleasant.

Notes
Depending on reasonable traffic, the journey takes 45 mins from Alicante airport using the A7 / AP7 tollroad, which costs around €5.00, so have some currency at hand.

The apartment rental price is fully inclusive of gas, water, electricity, pool & garden maintenance. A cleaner will have cleaned and made beds before your arrival.
Hand & Bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

If staying more than one week, you may wish to consider weekly maid service, but at a small additional cost.
Although privately owned, this apartment is cared for by a local management company. Hopefully, there will be no issues, however if there are any problems on arrival the company will be only too glad to help.

Notes
A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking, to secure your required week(s). (Price on application for GBP rates. ) . The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. We also ask for a breakages / key loss deposit of Eu 250 which will be refunded on your return.


Payment can be made by Credit card (via Paypal with a 2% surcharge) , by bank transfer or cheque.

Cancellation refund will be offered.

Check-in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. or by special arrangement.
