The RURAL HOUSE Al-CHYA is placed in a small village of the mountains of approximately 1000 inhabitants to the back of Sierra Nevada with an altitude of 900 meters on the level of the sea, to only 27 Km from the Ski resort and 10 Km from the center of Granada and the Alhambra.
The RURAL HOUSE Al-CHYA is placed in a privileged zone, a picturesque and calm neighbourhood, of a pedestrian zone and amazing views to the mountains.
The RURAL HOUSE Al-CHYA has a surface of 130 square metres, in two floors, with a large terrace - garden with barbecue of more than 140 square meters and wonderful views to the mountain.
The decoration of the house is in the purest Andalusian style, as you can see on a serie of objects of all kinds and great curiosity, which makes from the house a small MUSEUM of typical Andalusian objects.
All these things will make your stay in Al-Chya very special and personal. In winter you have the additional charm and warmth of the fireplace.
The house is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils such as microwave, washer mashine, TV, Sound system, heating in all the rooms.
The house has two bathrooms, and 10 individual beds placed in the different zones of the house. The maximum capacity is 12-14 people.
