A deposit of 40% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 business days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
