“This new Family Holiday Penthouse Vacation Rental located in the heart of Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain, is located in the 4th floor of a luxury apartment building, serviced by three elevators and a grand marble entrance.
The Penthouse has a spacious and well-outfitted gourmet kitchen so you will be equally as comfortable eating at nearby restaurants or cooking at home. There is a large living room and dinning room combination that has magnificent views over the ocean and New Puerto Deportivo. The apartment has three large bedrooms and two beautiful, recently renovated bathrooms. The 1st master bedroom has a private bathroom and terrace, the 2nd bedroom has a private terrace and a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds and one single cot.
This holiday “ready to rent” penthouse is in a private and secure location. Private parking is available to renters inside the complex, which is outfitted with immaculate grounds and a swimming pool and playground for children. The penthouse is located within waking distance of the Playa de Silga with all the amenities of shopping restaurants, movie, new supermarkets next to apartment and much more.
A maximun of 7 pleople can sleep in this penthouse at the same time.

Sanxenxo is a municipality in Galicia, Spain in the province of Pontevedra. It is a popular tourism destination. Sanxenxo is widely regarded as the best and certainly the most exclusive beach resort in Galicia. Sanxenxo has the highest beach side real estate prices in not just Galicia, but the whole of Spain.
The busiest time to visit Sanxenxo is in July and August when this normally semi-deserted town is full of tourists. The bay area at this resort enjoys some of the warmest waters in all of Galicia. Cleaning, water, and electricity are included in the price!.
These prices are for an ocupancy of 4 people. For each additonal person 10 euros per day must be added.
40% must be paid at the time of booking and the rest must be paid 6 weeks before time of renting. In case you cancel the booking 6 weeks in advance, the deposit will be returned in full. Also upon arrival there will a 200 Euros warranty that will be refunded one week after leaving the house. The house has to be left in same cleaning conditions that you received it.
