This beautiful villa has 2/3 bedrooms sleeping 4-6 with ease. Everything on one level other than the 3rd bedroom which sleeps 2. Beautiful furniture including large leather sofas, designer glass dining table placed in our fully tiled conservatory and luxurious Super King size bed in master bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer and separate utility room with washer /dryer. The property comes fully furnished with linen and towels provided. You can relax in our private garden area or on the solarium and cool off in the communal pool 50m away.

Cabo Roig is recognised as one of the most salubrious areas in the Costa Blanca and you are a few minutes walk to a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. There are 3 fantastic blue flag beaches within 10 minutes stroll and 4 championship class golf courses 5-15 minutes drive. With Murcia Airport only 15 minutes away and Alicante 40 minutes the location is ideal.

This is our family home and we have owned it for a number of years. My grandfather also used to live in Caboroig in the 1960's. I have 2 children so there are playstations games,colouring books and pencils, swimming pool floats etc to keep families amused. We have some lovely neighbours who live there permanently so it does feel very homely.
