Description: |
Very luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment situated on the first line of golf on the Royal golf course Campoamor. The apartment has all the necessities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The large terrace is overlooking hole 6 and 7 of this magnificent golf course with palm trees. There are comfortable chairs and tables outside to have a nice glass of wine or some self made tapas with friends or family. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, an oven, a fridge combined with a freezer and there is also a washingmachine at your availability.
The apartment has an airconditioning , furthermore there is a flatscreen tv. DVD/FM and MP3 player with dolby surround system for your convenience.
The bedrooms have large, comfortable, north european size beds, each with seperate matrasses.
There is enough storage room for clothing.
The 2 bathrooms both have a bath, shower, toilet and washingbasin
Outside there is a shared swimmingpool and garden and tenniscourts are on the site. Parkingspace is in front of the apartment.
Campoamor is situated in the Golf Triangle together with the golfcourses Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. (all within 5 minutes drive from the apartment). 15 other golf courses are available within 40km.
The beach of Campoamor is only 3 km away and you will find there an walking promenade of several kilometers.
The nearest holidaytown is Torrevieja (8 km) where you can find all the restaurants, shops and bars. Other interesting towns are Alicante, Murcia or Cartagena.
