There is secure underground parking and a lockable store room which can be used for golf clubs etc. The kitchen is equiped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils, glasses crockery etc. The apartment benefits from a luxury bathroom fitted with bath/shower head, W.C and washbasin. Patio doors lead first to the covered terrace which leads to the garden and further terracing, which is ideal for sun loungers or barbequeing. Dining can be either outside on the terrace or at the dining table in the living area. Air conditioning with cooling/heating makes the apartment suitable for year round use. Mosa Trajectum is a gated urbanisation with 24 hour surveillence security bordered by a Nature Reserve and the Murcia Mountains. This well maintained resort is within easy reach of the coastal beaches of the Mediterranean / Mar Menor, and the culture of the historical and cosmopolitan City of Murcia offering historic buildings, enchanting squares with pavement cafes, tapas bars, bodegas, restaurants and designer shops can be found. A car is essential for guests staying in our apartment. Apartment keys are held by a local Management company, whose representative will be available if required during your stay.
