The apartment block has its own lift, outdoor swimming pool and garden area. It is located in a pleasant location with easy access through the garden gate to the promenade and beach.

The two en suite double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heater units and have ample storage space. Both bedrooms have panoramic sea and coastline views.

The apartment is equipped with one en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, handbasin, bidet and WC and a separate en-suite shower room complete with shower, WC and handbasin.

The lounge/dining area is bright and spacious with plenty of seating. Entertainment is provided with a flatscreen TV, Sky "Free to View" channels (incl various BBC and ITV stations), DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books are available. Leading off the lounge area is a spacious balcony with four chairs, two tables and beach chairs. The balcony has beautiful views along the promenade, beachfront and sea.

The kitchen is supplied with all modern appliances including a washing machine and a separate drying room area. The dining area is provided with a dining table and four chairs.

The apartment block is serviced by a day porter and can be accessed at night through an entry intercom ensuring security. The apartment is also equipped with a rubbish chute in the corridor outside the apartment.

Bedding, linen and towels and weekly cleaning service are included.
