This fabulous waterfront apartment situated on the beach of port de Alcudia, within 2 mins walk from the marina with restaurants and shops. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, bathroom, a modern fitted kitchen and a living room which opens out to the terrace that overlooks pool-area and the stunning scenery of the ocean and the marina. The apartment has a full air conditioning and all home comforts including Satellite TV, DVD and apartment has heating for the winter as it is available throughout the apartment is located on the ground floor so it is suitable for everyone as well as Families with young children.

The Port of Alcudia where the apartment is located has a Marina with lots of shops and restaurants with a wide board walk promenade, it has some of the best restaurants on the island. In the surrounding area there are Golf courses which are among some of the best courses in Mallorca as well as Water park and walks in the Mountains.

Fantastic Apartment with beautiful views and easy access to beach and pool. The location was perfect and so near to restaurants, shops etc., no need for a car at all. Will be going back again next year for sure.
