Description: |
Newly furnished in 2008, a spacious apartment with easy carparking and access to supermarkets and shops on foot. Flexible accomodation (superking beds or singles) with a travel cot and high chair for little ones. I also leave a basket of toys/dvds for children. Puerto Banus is approx 40 minutes from Malaga airport/Gibraltar and is famous for its beautiful upmarket marina and designer boutiques and the department store El Corte Ingles. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Banus but within five minutes on foot, you can access 3 supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and the Saturday morning market of Nueva Andalucia. So you can easily stay in our apartment and go without a car if you want to avoid driving.
The complex is peaceful,and it is set in pretty, well maintained gardens with paved walkways. The heated pool is open from October to May. The 20 metre pool is open in the summer months along with the kiddies pool. There are golf courses within a 5 minute drive. This apartment has everything inside and out for a wonderfuly relaxing holiday

Both bathrooms are ensuite and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a his and hers one in the master bedroom. The terrace has seating for six and two deckchairs to relax on. The apartment was completely re-decorated in 2008 with new beds, sofas, patio furniture and furnishings. For those of you with little ones I leave some toys, books and DVDs to keep them happy if they are early risers! |

Winter lets of four weeks or more from Dec-April at a discounted £275 per week which includes your bills.
20% non refundable deposit payable upon booking. The final amount plus £150 refundable breakages deposit ( for rentals of less than 4 weeks) is due 8 weeks before you holiday commences. Booking is confirmed instantly via debit/credit card via Worldpay ( please telephone ) or you can pay via bank transfer which takes approx 5 days. If there are 5 guests and the 5th is 10 years or above, then we charge an extra £65 per week |
