Private off road parking for 2 cars.The property is all on one level and would be suitable for disabled persons with wheel chair.The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available eg, jet skis, pedalos, kyaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.
Any special requests can be made at time of booking e.g cot, high chair etc. We would request that smokers use the outside area only for smoking and not inside the Villa. Please cover the pool each night as this helps keep it in top condition.The Villa will have a full clean prior to arrival, with fresh towels and linen provided once a week. Special notes
Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by e mail. On arrival a €250 refundable deposit will be paid for any accidental damage , this will be refunded after exit inspection of the villa. Heating of the pool is not included from June to End of Nov if wanted you can have for £75 for the week
