This wonderful apartment on top of a white classic spanish building has two spacious terraces, one for the morning sun with a view to the ocean and one for the afternoon with a breathtaking view to the mountains. The bedrooms have 1 double bed and two single beds (can be changed to a double bed) and in the combined livingroom and kitchen is a couch which functions as a very nice doublebed. The kitchen and livingroom is furnished in modern Scandinavian style everything brandnew from 2008. The bathroom is also refurnished with shower in 2008. There is a possibility for free internetaccess with a Vodaphone external USB box. Right next to the appartment is Benalmadena Tennis Club, where itīs possible to rent a court for a reasonable price all through the day. In connection with the apartment there are two beautiful pools. The mainpool is situated right next to the appartment and pool 2 is a rooftop pool with a marvellous view over Benalmadena. The Mediterranean Sea is only 400 meters away from the apartment and you can watch the ocean from the east terrasse and from the kitchen. If you are enthusiastic about golf you have the famous Torrequebrada Golf only 1 km from the appartment and more than twenty different 18 holes courses within the range of 20 km.

Special notes
Half of the rent has to be paid when signing the contract the other half, one week ahead of the rental period. Cleaning at the end of the rental period is obligatory and costs 70 euro. A deposit of 120 euro has to be paid in advance to cover the payment of electricity and any damage to the apartment. The part of the deposit that is not used will be transfered to your account immediately after the end of the rental period. |
