Air conditioned 3 bedroom refurbished townhouse in central Begur. Picturesque location yet 3 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants. 3km from beach.

It’s a gorgeous little town, with cafes and bars spilling out onto the pedestrianised central square , where they have dancing, fashion shows, art exhibitions,artesan food stalls and other exciting events in the summer months.
Leading off, are narrow cobbled streets, lined with attractive boutiques and restaurants, The houses and buildings are mostly old and very beautiful with window boxes filled with colourful flowers to delight the eye. Even more spectacular is the old ruined castle that can be seen from the town - a must for the walking enthusiast.

Sitting room -----with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning.

Kitchen/Diner------with fridge/freezer ,dishwasher , Smeg elec. range cooker and log burning fire. Iron and Ironing board, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, Braun blender and plenty of cookware.

Utility room -------with washing/drying machine and butler sink.

3 Bedrooms--------Two with twin beds and One with 4 bunk beds, all air conditioned and lots of wardrobes.

2 Bathrooms---------One with bath and one with shower etc.

Sun -lounge-----------with sofa bed (sleeps extra2)

Sun terrace-----------with alfresco dining facility.

There is a large choice of beaches from 5 minutes drive , ie.- Sa Riera, Sa Tuna,, Aiguablava , Pals, Tamariu and more,( mostly sandy and Blue Flag sites)
