Seconds from the promenade and beaches of the San Sebastian area of town.

A comfortable second floor apartment offering 1 large double bedroom (180 by 200cm), 1 good size twin bedroom with twin beds (80cm by 190cm)and a small double (140cm x 190cm)

The main double and the twin bedroom each have an en-suite bath/shower room.

Good size living room with well fitted cocina Americano and breakfast bar.

Satellite (freeview Sky channels)TV and DVD player with stereo system

Balcony to the rear of the apartment that spans the living room and bedrooms thus affording space to sit out and relax and take in the garden views over neighbouring properties.

Well priced for the first season of operation.

Will accommodate up to 6 people although the small bed may be more suitable for a single adult or 2 children.

Minimum stay of 3 nights. NO SUNDAY CHECK-INS

Linens and towels provided. Weekly or end of stay clean.

Notes
A 40 per cent non-refundable deposit is taken at the time that the booking is confirmed against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the stay. The apartment is provided with towels and linens and is cleaned once per week or at the end of the stay if shorter. Additional cleans can be arranged at extra cost.

Minimum stay is 4 nights. Credit card fee is 1,50percent which is paid to the bank.

A signed credit card slip will be required at the time of check-in, which is at the Hotel Liberty, C. Isla de Cuba 45 which is close to the Sitges railway station.

My partner and I have lived and worked in Sitges since 1999 and own the Hotel Liberty, C. Isla de Cuba 45, which is where our office is for check-ins and information, situated close to the central market and railway station so very central.
I am a trained nurse and enjoy working with people and ensuring they have an enjoyable holiday in good value accommodation that is cared for and well maintained.
