The apartment is situated approximately 10 metres from the beach and comprises of very spacious living accommodation, under ground car parking, a sea view balcony and a lift to a roof terrace with a swimming pool. There are no roads to cross to reach the sea - a safe and ideal place for those with children.

The living accommodation has a large lounge with a very comfortable 3 seater sofa and chair, spanish TV and UK freeview, and DVD player.

The dining area has a round table with comfortable seating for six people.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The separate family bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink, bidet and W.C.


The airport is approximately 45 minutes by car, alternatively bus/coach services are available. The bus/coach stop is 900metres (a 10 minute walk) from the apartment.

Torrox-Costa has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and an attractive promenade with numerous bars and restaurants approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Notes
The rates above are for 2 people per week there is an extra charge of 25 Euros per week for 3 people and 50 Euros per week for 4 people. There is a 25 Euro discount for a two week stay. All linen and bathroom towels are included. Guests who are staying for two or more weeks can liaise with our agents to arrange a mutually convenient time to come in to change the bed linen, towels and do any other cleaning necessary for your benefit.
The apartment is usually ready for you after 14.30 on day of arrival and we request departure before 10am – but this may also be negotiable.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure any booking with the balance payable four weeks before the arrival date. The final cost will include an additional deposit of 100 euros. This is refundable once we have received the keys back safely and our agents have checked the apartment for any breakages or damage.
