Restored spacious stone house from XVIII century in peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature. Only 5 km. from beachs in La Escala, and from several golf courses.
It is fully equiped: air conditioning/heating, satellite dish, TV, CD, DVD, video player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Furniture is high standard. Garden furniture in terrace, patio and balcony (2 tables, chairs, sun chairs)
Entertainments in the house: table tennis, bikes, toys for kids. One highchair and cot available.
It is composed of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, dinning room, separate living room, patio, balcony, terrace on the top with incredible view, and rooms for the kids to play.
Maid service available payable separately.
The house is located in Sobrestany, near La Escala. Many historical and medieval villages are nearby. The most well known Costa Brava turistical towns are at easy reach: Cadaqués (40 km), Figueres (25 km.), Begur (15 km.), LEstartit (12 km.), Calella de Palafrugell (20 km.), and the beautiful city of Girona is at 35 km..
