Calahonda is approximately 35 kilometres and 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.
Luxurious well furnished modern open plan lounge/diner with TV (UK freeview/satellite channels), DVD/CD player, open fire and fully glazed panoramic doors to south facing terrace with stunning views over the valley down to the Med with built-in barbecueand full al-fresco dining facilities. Outside Heater & Sun-awning for warmth or shade as required.
Fully equipped modern quality kitchen with granite surfaces, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer,microwave and toaster.
Double/twin master bedroom with patio doors opening to garden and en-suite shower/bath, wc, basin, bidet.
2 further twin/double bedrooms, one also with patio doors to garden.
All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes
Large family shower room with wc, basin and walk-in shower.
Guest wc/cloakroom in entrance hall.
Large rooftop sun terrace, benefitting from all day sun all year round, with 2 sunbeds, umbrella & further dining facilities
South facing private garden with terracotta patio,6 sunbeds. umbrella and garden shower.
The pool is only 30 metres along a path leading from the garden and is shared with a small number of similar villas.
