The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house in a pleasant, quiet and mature residential neighbourhood with a large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a 64m2 roof terrace with built in BBQ and food preparation area. The accomodation is flexible sleeping up to 7 people. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the option of a third (ideal for children) and the small bedroom can be configure as either a single or twin bedroom (see photos). The main bathroom has a hydro-massage spa bath.
The villa has sea views and is within 10 mins walking distance of restaurants and bars and new for 2010 - an outdoor gym has just been installed by the council in the park behind the villa.
Ideally suited for families and golfers alike, it is within a short drive of 6 good golf courses and the 14km of glorious beaches around Guardamar del Segura, some of the best beaches in Spain. Less than 5 minutes drive takes you to the popular Quesada Water Park, Quesada centre with its shops, banks and restaurants and La Marquesa golf. The local shops are a two-minute drive, while Quesada has 3 supermarkets. Torrevieja is 8 km away, with a superb shopping mall, including a large Carrefour hypermarket.
