20 minutes from Malaga airport, 5 minutes by car to beach and supermarket, ideal location for all the family needs. Located in the small but beautiful Spanish village of Chilches, with fantastic sea views, large swimming pool/tennis court on urbanisation.
You will be met on arrival by our representative and a complimentary welcome pack will await you. Any special requirements can be arranged in advance. Cleaning upon departure included in price

Non refundable booking deposit - 25%.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date
Payments to be made in euros, any costs incurred in transfer to be paid by client
A refundable breakages/loss of keys deposit required of 100 euros on arrival. Cheque preferred will be returned within 10 working days of departure/or destroyed, subject to inspection being satisfactory. (50 euros will be charged for replacement keys).
