We offer a superbly furnished, brand new, air-conditioned 2-bedroom town house with rooftop solarium, balcony, front verandah and underground car parking. It is situated in a quiet residential area, and yet it is close enough to beaches and all the facilities that go to make for a fantastic holiday.

The development benefits from two swimming pools set in well-maintained gardens.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa-bed (suitable for children or adults) in the lounge. The bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample room.

The apartment is furnished in a classic Spanish style. The TV shows all popular British channels. A washing machine is available in the kitchen.

The rooftop solarium is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or enjoying the warm evenings under stars.

The underground car park keeps your car both secure and cool.
16km of Blue Flag beaches of Orihuela Costa is within easy reach of the property.

The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away. The historic town of Orihuela is 15 minutes away. Theraputic muds of the Mar Menor is just 30 minutes away. 4 championship golf courses are within 10 minutes.

Local attractions include go-karting, the Habaneras commercial centre, marinas at Torrevieja and Cabo Roig.
