We offer a superbly furnished, South Facing, air-conditioned 2-bedroom town house with private rooftop solarium, Small Garden, Balcony, Front Verandah and underground car parking. It is situated in a quiet Gated community, and yet it is close enough to beaches and all the facilities that go to make for a fantastic holiday.

The development benefits from two communal swimming pools set in well-maintained gardens on a gated community.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa-bed (suitable for children or adults) in the lounge. The bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample room.

The house is furnished in a classic Spanish style. The TV shows all Free British channels. A washing machine is available in the kitchen.

The rooftop solarium is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or enjoying the warm evenings under stars.

The underground car park keeps your car both secure and cool.
16km of Blue Flag beaches of Orihuela Costa is within easy reach of the property.

The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away. The historic town of Orihuela is 15 minutes away. Theraputic mud baths at Mar Menor is just 30 minutes away. 4 championship golf courses are within 10 minutes.

Local attractions include go-karting, the Habaneras commercial centre, marinas at Torrevieja and Cabo Roig and the soon to be Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre.

Numerous local restaurants cater for the complete range of cuisine, taste and budget.

Notes
100 euros is required to secure the booking, the remainder is then paid in euros cash on arrival along with a mandatory cleaning charge of 50 euros (for up to 4 persons, 5 euros extra for additional persons over 4), also a 100 euro damage deposit is required and refunded on departure.

Meet and Greet charged at 15 euros if arrival/departure is between the hours of 20.00 - 08.00.

Airport transfers can be arranged for up to 7 persons (price on request)(subject to availability of vehicle).

Welcome packs available (price on request).

Travel cot hire (you supply your own bedding) - (price on request).

Beach towels available for hire.
