Description: |
Exclusive large South facing villa set in a lovely peaceful location on the flat valley side of the Montgo Mountain and within walking distance of Javea old town.
The villa has just been refurbished with new tiling throughout and 3 fantastic bathrooms. The villa has very spacious rooms and is set in 2000m2 tropical gardens. There is ample terracing surrounding the pool with views looking towards Montgo.
There is a barbeque area in the garden with open sunny areas and palm trees offer a shady retreat when it gets too hot. The accommodation consists of 4 good size bedrooms, 2 of the rooms have 3 single beds, the others 2 are double.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower room, a large modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine, large lounge with TV and log burning fire with patio doors either side leading to a covered naya & Spanish courtyard. Leading from the lounge is a large dining. The villa has been comfortably furnished for large parties.
Javea is on the North coast of Spain. It is surrounded by hillside villas and has a lovely sandy beach and a couple of small rocky beaches. The seafront offers a good selection of bars and restaurants and has a lively evening atmosphere.
This is the ideal holiday destination for young and old. You can enjoy a quiet stroll along the beach stopping at one of the many bars for a cool drink. A short drive will take you to the lively resort of Benidorm with its popular night life, clubs and bars.

Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages including Mundomar and Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a swimming park and Terra Mitica a large fun park. The historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed along with the Waterfalls of Algar. Other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular Coastlines, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands and Calpe with its legendary Calpe Rock, jutting out of the sea.
Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 Holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 Holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 Holes and the famous Ballesteros Club de Gold Oliva again with 18 Holes.

Special notes
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The final balance would be due 6 weeks prior to occupancy. There is a £250 refundable loss/damage deposit which would be returned within 10 days of departure.
All linen and towels are supplied except beach towels.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours)
