This luxury first-class 5 star Golf Resort, managed by the De Vere Group, is located on the Costa Calida, situated between the clear waters of the Mar Menor and the nearby village of Roda. All the properties are set around a fantastic 18 hole part 72 hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas. The resort is a delightful place to stay, not only for golfers but families too!
This brand new apartment is a large home from home for a group of up to 6 people on a quiet location on the Roda Golf Resort. A communal swimming pool is a few steps away and only a few minutes stroll to the Club House and Golf Course.
The ground floor apartment has been beautifully furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning and heating to ensure you can relax in comfort for the duration of your holiday.

The resort has its own Beach Club linked with the complex via daily boat service that transports the residents to the club located on the beautiful beaches of La Manga.

Living Room

Entertainment
For your entertainment there is a LCD TV with Sky which provides a number of English chanels including BBC and ITV. We have also provided a DVD player and Hi-Fi system.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of high quality cookware and utensils required to make those gourmet meals. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, kettle, iron, ironing board, microwave and hob. The open kitchen design makes preparing and serving your meals a sociable occasion.
Master Bedroom
The magnificent master bedroom features two single beds, which can be zipped to form a super king size double bed, a spacious en suite bathroom with bath, shower head, WC, basin and bidet. Double patio doors sun terrace with views to pool and gardens.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is fitted with twin single beds which can be joined together to make a super king size double. A spacious built in wardrobe provides ample storage space and there is easy access to the adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.
Outdoors
The ground floor covered terrace seats four comfortably at a glass topped dining table. Two relaxing sun beds are provided which you can either use on the terrace or take to the pool edge.
Meet and Greet
Guests are met at the resort entrance and shown to the apartment where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. For stays of two weeks or more we include a mid term linen change and additional cleaning can be arranged locally if you wish.
Murcia / Costa Calida
This beautiful area benefits from 300 days of sunshine a year, with an average temperature of 21 degrees, ranging from 12 degrees in the winter to 25 degrees in the summer with minimal rain. Why not book that well deserved holiday or golf trip at any time throughout the year!
Beaches
Roda Golf Resort is situated only 5 minutes drive away from the coast and the remarkable Mar Menor or the little sea, being the largest natural saltwater lagoon in Europe, with its natural breakwater, known as The Manga Strip. Its safe warm (up to 30 degrees centrigrade in the summer!) and shallow waters, with miles of gorgeous beaches, makes it the perfect place to swim or enjoy water sports. Its bounded by long promenades with palm trees, marinas and plenty of bars and restaurants to relax. The mud of the Mar Menor is reputedly known for its richness in minerals and has health giving properties, particularly to relieve rheumatic arthritis and skin conditions. Along the Southern Coast are more beaches to enjoy and coves for you to explore. Many of the beaches have gained the blue flag and are very safe for families. The clear, clean water and rocky alcoves also attracts sports enthusiasts and divers to the area.

Your holiday apartment is secured with a £150 deposit, which will be used as a security bond and returned to you as soon as the property has been checked following your departure. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
