Situated in Miraflores/Riviera del sol area of the costa del sol, it is an easy reach of all the most popular areas of the coast, with the fashionable areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus only a 30 min drive away, and La Cala village a mere 5 minutes drive, and the stunning village of Mijas only 20 minutes away. Also the beautiful marina and beach of Puerto Cabapino only minutes away. The apt is a 30 min drive from Malaga airport, and 3 mins from the toll road exit for Calahonda. A car is not essential here but if you want to enjoy the sights it is worth it. The travel agency in Riviera organises day trip to places like Gibralter, Morrocco, Granada, Ronda and the Sierra Nevada for winter sking and more. The stunning kitchen is fully fitted with granite work surface, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/ dryer, and a dining table, ideal for breakfast, or to watch golfers tee off from the 1st hole of Miraflores golf course. There is a large lounge area with plasma TV, DVD, leather sofas and recliners, with a lovely dining area . There is a beautiful balcony off the lounge area which can also be used for having breakfast or evening meal with views to the sea. Outside there is a beautiful landscaped garden with swimming pool and sunloungers. There is underground car parking and there are 2 spaces for your use should you wish to use them. Restaurants and bars a supermarket, newsagent, and internet cafe are on you doorstep, as well as Miraflores Club house restaurant which has regular entertainers performing is well worth a visit, Juan Carlos the restaurant manager is a gem. The driving range at Miraflores is also just a few minutes walk away. Shopping is a mecca here as the beautiful shopping centres of la Canada in Marbella and Parque Myrador in Fuengirola are only a short drive away. Families are well catered for here as the beach is only 1km away and Fuengirola Aqua park and Zoo only a 10 minutes drive. The fun park of Tivoli World in Benalmadena is 20 minutes away. Golfers are spoiled for choice here as we are surrounded by Golf courses with the 3 courses at La Cala Golf, Mijas Golf, El Chapperal Golf and the new Calanova Golf all within easy reach of the apt. Markets are also to be found nearby with Fuengirola on Tuesday and Saturday, Benalmadena on Friday, La Cala on Wednesday and Saturday and others tfrom Puerto banus to Estepona.
