Spacious Townhouse with 2 double bedrooms 2 en-suite bathrooms (in the master bedroom it has both bath and shower)Built over 3 levels directly alongside the course , part of a small complex of only 32 houses with landscaped gardens, comunity pool and easy parking.
Only a 5 minute walk from the excellent golf club house at Alcaidessa
We have sea views from the front and rear.
To the rear of the property we have a lawned area perfect for relaxing and sunbathing this backs onto the golf course that runs down to the sea,beyond the course is a deep valley of woodland and beyond this hills and mountains To the front again we have a lawned area and views overlooking more of the course and down to the sea.
Golf............Alcaidesa makes an excellent base for golfers. There are two 18 hole courses One a links course, developed by Peter Alliss the only one on the Spanish Costas. It is also only 10 minutes drive to the famous Valderrama golf course and five mins from San Roque and Sotogrande.
Beach.....The beach at Alcaidesa is very natural. It stretches for nearly 3 miles so there is plenty of room to find a quiet spot and enjoy the breathtaking views of Gibralta. During the summer months there are Lifeguards on duty and beach facilities such as bars/watersports.It has to be one of the most beautiful and unused beaches on the Costa Del Sol.
Facilities ........I n the centre of Alcaidessa there are a couple of Bars/Restaurants ,pharmacy and a small shop for provisions. There is an excellent Hypermarket located within a five minutes drive towards Sotogrande. The club House also has café/bars and serves nice quality meals
There are also many Restaurants/Bars and Take-Away’s in the neighbouring towns of San Roque and Sotogrande (many to chose from around the harbour)
Flights....Distance to Alacaidesa from Airports. In the car it takes around 1 hour on the pay toll road (AP7) from Malaga and approxiamtely 10 minutes from Gibralta Airport. There are also flights to Jerez with good motorway links again about an hour away.
Places to visit.........Perfectly situated to suit all holiday makers within a 10 minute drive you can be in the hills experiencing the real spain in local towns and hilltop villages Golf on the doorstep ....For windsurfers, sailers, kitesurfers and other watersport enthusiasts, Tarifa is only a 30 minute drive away. With an arabic influenced town, its beaches and watersport facilities provide the perfect location for its modern windsurfing culture.
Visits to Tunisia and north Africa are also available by high-speed ferries that take around 45min.
By car you are around half an hour away from Puerto Banus and Marbella with all their luxury shops and bars, Gibralta is 10 min away with cable cars ,duty free shopping and not forgetting the Apes. La Linea is the local spanish town aprox 3 miles with fresh fruit & fish markets and a large selection of shops and restaurants.

Special notes
The apartment is always cleaned before arrival and freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. Please have your own towels for the pool.
A linen change will be provided at the end of the fisrt week if 2 consecutive weeks booked . Cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
Payment can be in pounds sterling or Euros
A £120 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date |
