Detached stone village house with 4 bedrooms. Stunning views of the bay from the upper terrace. In a charming location within 200m or one minute's walk of the beach and local amenities at the pretty coastal resort of Tamariu with its promenade and golden sand beach.

Private parking is a real bonus in this popular resort. The front gate leads to a very attractive terrace with table chairs and parasol. Entrance to the living room with seating, open fire, tv, leading into the dining room and kitchen.

A bathroom and two twin bedrooms on this ground floor level each with French doors to the terrace.

Stairs to first floor:
Double bedroom with doors to the terrace. Bathroom. Open living/bedroom area with sleeping for 3 children (bunk beds). Doors to the terrace with stunning views of the bay of Tamariu.

Table with seating and sunbeds on the suntrap terrace with wonderful views of the beach.

Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob.

Other amenities: TV, CD player, Open fire, Fans.

This is a beautiful, simple, stone house very close to the beach and makes a wonderful summer house for a family or couple wanting to have a carefree holiday with parking included. Just a short stroll to the beach and amenities of Tamariu. Here you will find an idyllic sandy bay and promenade littered with waterfront restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is sandy and this is a perfect spot for relaxing.

There are many other coastal resorts and inland medieval towns to visit in this region, all with equal charm. Historic Begur is just 10mins or so drive and here you will be spoilt for choice with the excellent array of Catalan restaurants, tapas bars and late night cellars. Individual shops adorn the cobbled streets around the old square and it is a delight to wander around or just sit and stare!

Notes
TAMARIU
A most enchanting picturesque bay with a sandy beach. A promenade with restaurants and shops fronts the beach and creates a very convivial al fresco atmosphere. A short journey in the car will take you to the hillside town of Begur where there is a large choice of restaurants serving Catalan cuisine. A few minutes drive In the opposite direction takes you to Llafranc with its crescent shaped sandy beach and promenade with restaurants, hotels and shops along the front, looking straight out to sea. A small marina in the bay adds to the local interest. From Llafranc there is a coastal path walk to the exquisite string of sandy coves and waterfront shops and restaurants of Calella de Palafrugell.

BEGUR
This charming hillside town with its cobbled streets offers the visitor an excellent choice of Catalan restaurants, tapas bars and shops. The main square has entertainment in the high season and there are several late night cellar bars and a couple of discos. The overall atmosphere is very Spanish with local artists` paintings and crafts displayed in the square during the summer. Every Wednesday there is a market sellling fruit/veg clothes and accessories. There are excellent supermarkets,specialist fishmonger, butchers` shops and freshly baked bread available in many shops.
