First floor apartment is completely self contained with 3 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, sleeps up to 6 persons + cot), 2 bathrooms, kitchen/sitting room with air-con, balcony and solarium to 2nd floor plus all of the above mode cons. Centrally located to Villa Martin, Las Rambles and Campoamor golf courses. Other activities in the area are Cabo Roig beach, coastal walks, a variety of shops, restaurants/bars, go karting, water parks at La Zenia, Paddy,s Point and Torrevieja, etc.
Centrally located to Murcia San Javier Airport (25 mins) with a variety of Ryanair flights from Ireland, UK and Europe. Cost by taxi presently €38-40.
Alicante Airport (45 mins) Aer Lingus, British Airways etc. Cost by taxi presently €55-60.
Rent per week from €1400-700 weekly. Long term let available in the low season for villa or for each apartment, 1/6 month term with rent on application.

La Zenia

Villa exceeded our expectations. Ideally located within walking distance to beach and commercial centre with a local shop 2 minutes away. Had a couple of issues in the villa but these were rectified quickly. Would definitely recommend.
