Private and luxury villa located in one of the best Maspalomas areas.
In a ground of 1150 m2 the house occupies a floor area of 195 m2, great garden of 750 m2. Is completely surrounded by gardens, which gives you a great privacy.
There are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, office with Internet, a very comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry room and two terraces of 320 m2. And all of this just at the same floor, which provides a great comfort.
At the back of the house there is a heated swimming pool, shower, and hammocks, the pool area is broad and sunny throughout the day. There also is a barbecue area and outdoor dining.
You’ll find a variety of holiday entertainment including a huge water park, shops, glittering night life and even camel safaris across the dunes.
The area is extremely quiet and very pleasant and there are also quite activities. You can play tennis, paddle or golf if you like.

Notes
* The price includes:
- bed linen and bath/pool towels. Linen and pool towels
will changed once a week. Bath towels twice a week.
- Daily cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Once
a week will complete cleaning both inside and outside.
Twice a week swimingpool cleaning.
- Internet 24 hours.
- Pool heating to 24 degrees celsius. The temperature can
increase to 27-28 grades celsios having an additional
cost for 30 daily euros.
* The house is ready for six people, but could request an
additional bed with an extra price of 30 € / day.

* We have cot and high chair for babies, which will be
installed only on request and without any extra cost.
* You can have a baby buggy for an extra payment of 30.-
euros/week.

A really comfortable stay

This villa was exactly as expected from the pictures and details on the website. It had every facility that you could want and pool, BBQ and garden area was excellent. It seemed to us that this was clearly one of the best and biggest villas in the area. The service from the owner and the cleaner was efficient and very friendly.

Wonderful!

Wonderful villa in a nice and quiet area, very helpful owner, great services (daily maid service, etc.). A few minutes drive from the beaches.
