The location of this villa is fantastic as you can walk to the beach in 1 minute, the beach is sandy with resturants, beach bars and supermarket.

The villa is very Spacouis and light, there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms with great views and upper terrace.

There is a separate dining area in the villa, here you will find a large dining table for you to enjoy a meal inside the villa, and this room also has patio doors that lead onto the gardens (the plot is level and great for the kids)

Outside the villa you will find tropical trees and plants surrounding a modern private pool with sloping steps, Sun loungers around the pool are for you to relax and get the most of the all day sun, perfect for slipping away from the pressures of the outside world.

The terrace has a dining table and BBQ for you to relax in the day time or evening when the sun all gets too much for you.

The Location is fantasic you can walk to shops in minutes and the beach in 1 minute.

Marbellas Puerto Banus is one of the most famous marinas in the world with its outstanding luxuary yachts , designer shops and fantastic resturants situated othe the edge of the quay, or may be just sit and enjoy and drink and watch the world go by.

The nightlife is very good in Costa del Sol with a great choice of clubs, bars and resturants to go to and be seen.

The beaches here are only minutes away from the villa, with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue seas, chiringuitos (beach bars) and water sports, there are plenty of sun loungers to relax on all along the beach.
