Airy, 1 bedroomed apartment in one of the nicest residential areas of Malaga. Floor area 65 m2. Situated in a building with gardens, tennis court, safe play area for children, enormous swimming pool with lifeguard(open from mid June to mid September), with barbeque area, yet less than 5 minutes walk to the beach of El Palo. Pets allowed.

The apartment is in a popular residential area of Malaga. Conveniently situated across the road is a supermarket and buses leave every 8 min for the centre of Malaga. It is less than 5 min walk to the beach of El Palo , there is a small yacht harbour and a 5km long promenade lined by picturesque little restaurants and bars, where you can have a sun-downer every evening. If you would like to take a Spanish course, there are plenty of language schools in the vicinity.
The spacious terrace overlooks the town and the nature reserve of San Anton and there is a glimpse of the sea, an ideal spot for sunbathing or dining. The bedroom has a double and a single bed and a large built-in cupboard . In the sitting room there is a comfortable sofa double bed and a single folding bed,a baby crib is also available. For entertainment a TV with Satellite System and DVD, a CD player, radio and tape recorder and some games and books. There is a separate dining area seating 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc and the new bathroom has a bathtub with shower,a bidet and a hairdryer. There is a walk in closet in the hall with an ironing board, iron and shelves. There are 3 ceiling fans an electric- and a gas heater. The building itself has a huge swimming pool with a lifeguard which opens during the summer months where you can sunbathe , a barbecue, tennis court next to a secure childrens playground.

Notes
Malaga itself is a lovely old town with lots of charm. It has maintained its Spanish character despite being surrounded by package tour spots. Apart from a huge cultural offering of concerts and theatres, there are many museums and art galleries, the most famous being the Picasso museum and the Centre of Contemporary Art. Malaga is famous for its tapa bars in the historic centre and its fried fish on the beaches, it also has a fabulous nightlife. You can stay here for months and won´t run out of things to do and places to explore. Its Easter week processions and the August fair are legendary.

It is an ideal place from which to discover Andalucia, with day trips to Granada and Ronda being one hours drive away; you can reach Cordoba and Sevilla comfortably in 2 hours. Famous nature spots like the National Parks of El Chorro and El Torcal are one hour’s drive away while you can reach the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras, and Tarifa in less than 2 hours. You can even take a day trip to Morocco. If you enjoy walking, try to come in January, when the almond blossoms are out, or in the springtime when all the mountains are covered with flowers. There are plenty of nature walks just in the vicinity, the national park of the Montes de Malaga and the white villages are just a short drive away.

25% deposit has to be paid at the time of booking, the other 75% are due in cash on receipt of the key.

Long term rentals: From November to the beginning of March the apartment is available for € 800 per month.
