Welcome to a luxurious, self-catering flat at Pino Golf Don Carlos. It is located in a really beautiful place close to the well-known Don Carlos Hotel, very close to Marbella and 5 minutes from the well known clean, blue sea and golden sands of Costa del Sol.

Situated at Elviria, a community 9 km east of Marbella, the flat is in a peaceful resort where you can have a nice relaxing stay accompanied with plenty of exciting activities. The flat is ideal for couples of all ages as well as golfers, windsurfers, fishermen and singletons looking for a good holiday.

There is a large living-dining room leading onto a wide balcony that overlooks lush gardens and the pools. The flat can sleep 6 people: 2 double bedrooms (a double bed and 2 single ones) and a sofa bed in the living-room. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms one which has a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully-fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob. The flat also has a TV and a DVD player. The extensive gardens have two swimming pools (one for children) amid well-kept lawns, available only for residents. There is also a parking space. Very close to the flat are two small shopping precincts with supermarkets, banks, cafés, bars and restaurants. The flat is for rent throughout the year and on a weekly or monthly basis.

During your stay at Elviria you’ll not only have access to nearby places but you’ll also have the chance to get familiar with Andalucía.

Notes
Cleaning is included in the price for 1 week and 2 week stays(excluding special offers). Otherwise it is an additional 80 euro. Mid stay cleans are available at the cost of 50 euro.

Damage deposit is 100euro and is refunded upon departure.

When the confirmation e-mail for the booking comes through the flat is reserved for one month until the whole amount of the stay is paid. For the Summer period the flat is reserved for 10 days only until the whole amount of the stay is paid!!

Special 1 month rates available.

Small alterations on days and prices may be accepted upon request and where applicable.
