The Old Town Ramblas 1 apartment is extremely central just a 6 minutes from Las Ramblas and Gothic area and a perfect apartment to combine with another of the Old Town apartments (ask for the apartments 2, 3, 4, 5) for big groups - a much better alternative to hotel rooms!
These apartments are very well situated in a quiet street, but still in the very centre of the city.
All the major sights are within walking distance, Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarter, Cathedral, Aquarium, main shopping areas are all just a 7/8 minute walk away.
Very well communicated with public transport - 3 metro stations very close to the apartments taking you to visit the famous architecture of Gaudi in the city in just a few metro stops.
The area itself has many local shops and supermarkets to buy everything you need for your stay. We can also help arrange any kind of activities, book restaurants which we will reccomend to you, arrange taxi transfers, plan parties, etc!Old Town 1 - right in the city centre only 6/7 minutes from Las Ramblas, so walking distance to all the major attractions, but in a nice quiet street. This ideal family apartment with a size of 100m2 has plenty of room and good facilities with 3 double bedrooms with double beds(one of which can be made a triple/twin), in the living room there are the 2 double sofa beds, and 2 single sofabeds, making 8 beds in total, air-conditioning, central heating, dishwasher, Wi-Fi Internet, Satelite TV, TVLCD 32” & DVD, hydro-massage shower cabin, elevator and easy for wheelchair access.
Also there is a bus stop to go to the beach is just 5 minute walking from the apartment and takes you right to the beach front
