A 4 bedroom family summer holiday rental detached villa.
Built on 3 floors in traditional Andalucian style in Elviria near Marbella.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. We renting out the house to max.6 persons!
main floor:
hall,livingroom,toilet,kitchen and a small private garden with terrace and a diningtable.
on the first floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed
1 bedroom with two single beds,
1 work/bedroom with a double highsleeper.(140cm)
and 2 bathrooms.
in the basement:
1 bedroom with a doublebed with a bathroom and a seperate toilet
and a play/fitnessroom with tv, dvd player and fitness bike.
On the second floor a roof terrace with seaview (25m2)

The famous Nikki Beach/ Hotel Don Carlos is just 1km away.
The urbanisation with electrically operated gate for access and security.

House is alarmed and window shutters for extra security.
5 minutes walk to Elviria commercial centre.
