This newly built apartment finished in 2008 is available from the 23/6/08 complete with brand new top of the range furniture package; no expense has been spared either in the construction or furnishing of this property. It benefits from a modern kitchen complete with every appliance you could wish for to include built in microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine finished off with top quality worktops. The lounge is light and airy with stunning views over Marbella and across the blue Mediterranean. It is furnished with a cream leather suite one of sofas also converts to a comfortable double bed allowing this large versatile property to sleep up to eight. As this were not enough included is a flat screen t/v combined with satellite system. There are three double bedrooms, 2 of which are made up as twins with the master being a double. In the master bedroom there is a walk in dressing room and an extensive marbled bathroom.
There is an additional bathroom fully equipped along with a separate w/c situated off the lounge.
Throughout the complex you will find amazing attention to detail, the complex even benefits from Ecological flat roof gardens planted with aromatic flowers and shrubs. There are numerous pools with the main pool area having an additional child’s swimming pool, sunloungers etc. The complex has a 24h security control office along with TV cameras. To make the most of this property we strongly recommend a car, this property offers underground garaging with lifts to the upper levels. We strongly recommend you book early to avoid disappointment!
