Situated in the hills near the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo this villa offers comfortable yet luxurious holiday accommodation. If you enjoy watching the sun go down in the evening with a glass of wine admiring the spectacular views of sea and rolling hillside then this will be your ideal holiday location. The sun sets across the terraces of this wonderful property with beautiful sunsets for you to enjoy. The villa is situated on the westside of Mijas, Valtocado, with amazing peaceful views towards the coast and the surrounding mountains.

The sea and beautiful beach at Fuengirola is just a short 10 minute drive away. Mijas Water Park is also just a 10 minute drive down the hill with the golf courses of Alhaurin (5 mins), La Cala (10 mins) and Mijas (10mins) nearby.

This attractive, spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, a family bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with several terraces both covered and open. There are panoramic views from inside the villa as well as from the larger terraced area in front of the whole property due to large windows in living room and dining area. The villa has full air conditioning and is fully equipped with all the usual appliances inc. dishwasher and fridge / freezer.

From the outside covered dining/lounging area you can admire the views as you sit taking breakfast from the built in stone table. This also provides much needed shade in the summer heat. Alternatively this open arched room is perfect for alfresco dining in the evening. It even has a built-in fireplace for BBQs as well as a portable BBQ should you wish to dine from one of the other terraces.

Completely private 10m x 5m swimming pool surrounded by beautiful flower lined terraces with no intrusion from the outside world. Totally exclusive and private terraces around the villa and pool for you to enjoy. If you have children you can sit on any of the terraces at pool level or at the higher level enjoying the views and evening sun whilst keeping an eye on the children in the pool.

The spacious open terrace by the pool also has another lovely shaded room for you to sit and enjoy. To the rear of the villa is a totally separate courtyard that is cool and perfectly peaceful to enjoy that early morning coffee or just relax with a book. If you need to get access to the internet the Villa also has free WIFI access for you.

The gardens are large with palm trees and neatly cut lawns maintained by the weekly gardener.

An ideal location for visiting Marbella and Puerto Banús, just 35 minutes away.

Supermarket shopping is in Fuengirola where there is a huge choice. Mijas Pueblo and Alhaurin el Grande both have great shops and restaurants.There is something for everyone in this area - the picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas has many charming shops and restaurants, perfect for that early evening stroll. Inland can be found the real Spain of breathtaking mountain views and many Ventas - the typical Spanish restaurant. Lively Fuengirola is just 15 minutes away (8 km) and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches, a marina and an aquapark. Marbella with its marina and stylish shops is 30 minutes by car.

Please check availability, which is usually up to date, and then either drop us an email or call. 25% booking deposit required and the remaining to be paid 8 weeks before holiday.
The villa is always cleaned before arrival and freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. Please have your own towels for the pool.
A linen change will be provided at the end of the first week if 2 consecutive weeks booked . Cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
