Just a few minutes drive (or decent walk) from bars, restaurants, bank and chemist in the lively Coín suburb of El Rodeo - and also walkable to a new shopping mall with excellent supermarket, shops, eateries, cinema and bowling alley - this is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and a convenient base for exploring the white villages of Andalucía, the lake district of El Chorro, and other popular attractions. The coast (Marbella) is 25 minutes away via an excellent new road. Note: this villa is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties due to the number of steps leading up to it.
