This luxurious holiday apartment is available for rental in the relaxed resort of Roquetas de Mar.
The apartment is located in a quiet area between the Playa Serena area and the marina, with plenty of shops, cafes and bars nearby.

The large beach at Roquetas is just 400m away; a short walk, and extends from the marina area where there are the ruins of the medieval Castilla de Santa Ana, to Playa Serena, and beyond to the nature reserve at Las Marinas.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is one double bedroom, a tiled marble bathroom, and an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area.

The sunny balcony is larger than average, south facing, and has pool views; it is an ideal place to dine or soak up the sun. The apartment is fully equipped with all you could need on a holiday.

There is a communal pool and separate children’s pool, both open May-October. The attractive communal gardens with grassy areas by the pool are ideal for sunbathing.

The apartment is on the second floor, to which there are stairs or a lift. Owners baby equipment for age 6months+ (cot and highchair) is available at no extra cost.

Golfers are very well catered for, with a top 18hole course at Playa Serena, just 2km away and the 120hectare course at Envia golf, a short drive away.

LOvely appartment!

I came to this appartment with my daughter in early June, on arrival the appartment was spacious, clean,tidy and well equiped. The sleeping arrangements were comfy for us both, and the balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. It is in a quiet,secure location and in easy walking distance to the town and beach. I would book this appartment again, we had a lovely holiday!
