The apartment is located on the second floor and has spectacular uninterrupted views to the sea and Mijas Mountains. This luxurious setting and high quality development will offer both tranquillity for those who just want to relax, but also perfect location for those who want to sample the best nightlife and golf courses in Spain. This setting is probably one of the most exclusive in the area with each apartment being light, spacious and designed in a modern contemporary style. With a large living area leading onto the balcony, fully furnished with quality patio furniture and barbecue.
There are two extremely comfortable and stylish settees, one of which converts to a double sofa bed from which you can watch the large flat screen TV, satellite and DVD player. There is also a play station set up in the apartment, a CD player and MP3/Ipod loudspeakers.
In the open plan dining area there is a modern extendible dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is open plan with high quality appliances including dishwasher, washer machine, large fridge freezer etc. The worktops are all finished in a high quality polished granite to give that ultimate feeling of luxury. The kitchen has all the items you would need to cook any meal or simply have a glass of champagne and enjoy the fantastic views.
The master bedroom opens onto the balcony and is made up with a large double bed with large built in wardrobes. While the second is made up as twin beds with built in wardrobes. For larger parties there is a double sofa bed allowing the apartment to sleep up to six. Bed linen provided.
Bathroom with double sinks, bidet, power shower and bath. Finished in high quality cream marble with heated floor.
