Marvellous 2 bedroom flat,
Accommodation and Location
The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by a fertile landscape of Sierra Mariola. This house has two double bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a large sitting room and a modern kitchen with excellent facilities (microwave and conventional cookers, large fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.).
The town of Bocairent
Bocairent is a handsome and comfortable Spanish town. Is a quiet place, with narrow from Arabic streets, and famous Covetes des Moors, is a Neolithic’s caves. And de Bullfighting make by stone.
If you wish to visit the seaside the attractive coastal town of Gandia with its immaculate beach and colourful nightlife is about 40 minutes drive away. Or Alicante Beach 1 hour . And Valencia is 1 hour high way.
Travel arrangements
Since Bocairent is located about midway between Valencia and Alicante, you can fly to either airport and enjoy the short drive (less than one hour) to Bocairent.

Other useful information
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee will be required to secure your booking and the balance will be requested 8 weeks before your arrival date. The villa has a manager who lives a short distance away. He will guide you to your holiday home, will be available, by phone, for any emergencies. He will also be pleased to advise you about any sporting or cultural activities that may be happening in the area.
The flat also has electric fans a TV, DVD, books.
