Villa Esperanza is a newly built villa set in the prestigious urbanization Capellania only 3 kilometers from the old white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The accommodation is really luxurious and no expense has been spared on the fixtures and fittings of this beautiful private villa.
Access to the villa is via remote controlled gates electric front and double garage with automatic doors at the rear. This provides privacy and security. There is an upscale safe for your valuables.
The top floor has a master suite with sun tarrace, ensuite bathroom and a shower room and she and her mirrored wardrobes in the dressing room. On the ground floor there are two further bedrooms, bathroom, guest cloakroom, large lounge with dining room, kitchen, terrace with shaded dining area. Downstairs is a large bedroom with its own bathroom, a gym and a garage villa has full air conditioning, underfloor heating (for the comfort of winter) and solar water hated with 400 liters of storage capacity.
There is a shopping center a few minutes, which has a Carrefour supermarket, bank, newsagents / bookstores, dry cleaning, tapas bar / cafe, internet cafe, a superb Indian restaurant and a bar and international restaurant .
Mijas is about 15 minutes by car or you can take the bus from the mall. Water parks in Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes drive with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its port, the cathedral and, of course, the famous Picasso museum.

Villa will be cleaned to the highest standard prior to your arrival. A deposit is payable at the booking stage (€200 for 1st. week and €100 for each subsequent week) with balance due six weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damages deposit with the blance and this will be refunded within 21 days of departure subject to inspection of villa.
