APARTMENT DESCRIPTION........
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and will accommodate 4 people in 2 double bedrooms . The entrance hall leads onto the lounge diner, tastefully furnished with contemporary furniture and two large sofas and dining table and chairs. The lounge area also has a coffee table, lamp tables, DVD player and wide screen TV (all UK channels). The lounge then opens onto the terrace with views over the pool and tropical gardens of the complex; our second floor apartment has also a vista overlooking a Lemon and Olive Groves on one side and the Sierra Bermeje mountains on the other. The terrace is equipped with stylish comfortable patio furniture for al fresco dining and loungers for relaxing. The large kitchen is fully integrated again in a modern wood and stainless steel style, and has a utility area for storage and drying clothes/towels.
The master bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom comprising; bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Next to bedroom 2 is the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, and ample drawer space.
The terrace overlooks the outdoor pool and tropical gardens. There is a table and six chairs for dining and comfortable loungers.

Hello,
I am married with two grown up children, I am still working so can only get out for occasional breaks.
I am very keen to ensure the apartment is always presented in the best condition and use a management company (couple) who are permanent residents at the complex. So there is always someone to seek information/guidance etc. when visiting.

Excellent

David was very efficient and quick to respond. All processes were made easy through him. He was very helpful and reasonable. The apartment was clean, neat, and comfortable. The outside patio has a lovely view that overlooks the refreshing pool during the day and stars at night. It is a very quiet neighborhood. However, it is a little farther from the beach than imagined (with a major route to cross). On the other hand, all the beaches were absolutely fantastic! (with very, very hot sand and soothing waves) Directions to the apartment from the airport need to be revised more clearly. The dryer is not automatic but a drying rack. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had beautiful tiled floors. The surrounding area of Estepona was lovely. The zoo up the street was exciting, the marina was relaxing with many delicious restaurants to choose from, and overall Estepona was in perfect location to travel to other places such as Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, Morocco, Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, and Sevilla. We had a terrific time in Estepona and would certainly recommend the apartment and area to anyone who wants a fun, relaxing, exciting, Spanish Holiday!
