The property is a short walking distance from bars and restaurants, and supermarkets like the brand new 'Mercadona a small Chino Bazarre, newsagents, Farmacia etc, all situated near La Fuenta complex which is five minutes walking distance. La Fuente have an abundance of bars and restaurants, Tapas, Indian, Italian, Wok buffet, British pub food, Bernie Darcy's Irish bar, a Sports bar, to name but a few and most have live music and entertainment every night and heading the opposite way way you leave the apartment, there are lively bars like the Vault and Captains Table, as and even more English, Chinese and Irish eating places not forgetting the fabulous 'Gateway to India' as well.
you never have to eat in the same place twice on holiday, love it!
A car is recommended for visits to the beautiful blue flag beaches the nearest being ten minutes away.
Also take a drive to the famous Villamartin Plaza or why not drive to the city of Murcia, its well worth a visit to sample of culture. The Cathedral is out of this world!
Or head for Alicante a city well worth exploring with its magnificent harbour as well as its large choice of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Here you will find a large range of shops and boutiques and many places of interest.
Our apartment is surrounded by three fantastic golf courses and numerous beaches it is Ideal for a family, for golf, or a romantic holiday.
This fully equipped & luxurious apartment sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably, comprising of a double bedroom, twin bedroom which over looks the pool (beautiful with the lights at night) the lounge which has the most comfortable double sofa bed with two chairs, the dining area with table and leather chairs The large sun terrace also has dining facilities, again you can spend hours sitting there under candle-light sipping sangria or a lovely seabreeze with a view overlooking the beautifully lit pool. The apartment is *air conditioned *(which heats for the cooler months), an LCD TV, DVD /CD Player. At the moment we do not have television due to no fault of our own, but we do have various dvds) The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob washing machine, fridge freezer & microwave, coffee maker etc everything you need to help you enjoy your well earned holiday. Please note this apartment is on the third floor.
