Comfortable apartment 95m², 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with dicert exit to the rooms.
The kitchen is full equipped, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, orange machine, water heater, dishwasher, oven. The kitchen has a dining table.
The livingroom is comfortable with its furnitures, there are TV with 2 satelit(English, Spanish, Hungarian), with DVD player, there is also hi-fi equipment, aircondition.
The 2 bedrooms with doble-beds, one of these with own TV, air-condition and with small balcony.

It is a quiet location yet close to everything: shops, banks, supermarket, facilities, bus stop to Benalmadena costa, Arroyo de la Miel, Mijas, Malaga, Torremolinos. Also near to Stupa, Cablecar, The Pueblo, Beach the Port (Puerto Marina), Tivoli, Sea Life, Selwo Marina, Castillo de Bil Bil, Horseriding Club.

Benalmadena is multi-faceted: -The coast with beach (sealife, sailing), unique port (Puerto Marina), restaurants, bars and discos.

-The city with all facilities, train, entertainment (Cablecar, zoo, parks, Tivoli, Aquapark).

-The pueblo is tipical andaluz village on the montain, with lovely streets.

Benalmadena has tranquil night-life and child entertainments.
You can enjoy here all of tipe of restaurantes. Irish, English and Spanish bars, discos on the beach.

Benalmadena near to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Mijas Costa, Malaga, Marbella(30km).

To reserve you need to pay a 30 % of the price by a bank transfer.
The total price is paid on the arrival day. The deposit is 300€ that will be refunded on the departure-day if there is no damage.
Cancelation policy: canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the reservation fee will be charged.

Directions and information on the apartment will be posted separately.

Pets are allowed only for tinydog.

A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from October to May, and for regular guest.

Cleaning is available during your stay for 50 Euro.
